“Mom, I'm scared”

10

A poster designed for the USSR's international contest of political posters to promote anti-war, anti-nuclear themes. This poster received the second place prize and was praised by the press in the exhibition following the contest. The simplistic design highlights the baby's wide eyes, causing the viewer to not focus on how war affects soldiers, but instead on the helpless, traumatized children caught in the crossfire.
